February 2, 2026: On Thursday, January 22, when a group from St. Paul’s went to the New Birth International Shelter to serve dinner, we also brought joy. St. Paul’s Prayer Shawl Ministry leader gave 30 of our accumulated prayer shawls for the guests at the shelter. They were immediately snatched up. Twenty quilts in kid-friendly fabrics (Cat in the Hat, for example), were quickly taken, too. The shelter sleeping area is a big gym and I had overheard it was chilly so I know these gifts from the hearts and hands of our members were and will continue to be appreciated.
