February 29, 2024; Yesterday, the children of St. Paul’s Preschool had a special enrichment to get them moving! FlipSpot Gymnastics center of Rochester came out with an obstacle course, and lots of exercises to help children improve coordination, muscle control, and body awareness. The children loved engaging with Ms. Jen and her assistants, doing forward and backward rolls, trying cartwheels, and remembering to “safety stop!”
